N40085-13-R-7714, ANNUAL CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD, PORTSMOUTH, VA; NAVAL AIR STATION OCEANA, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA; AND NAVAL WEAPONS STATION, YORKTOWN, VA This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the AbilityOne Program under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. The work includes, but is not limited to, custodial services performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia; Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Virginia; and at sites located within a 50-mile radius of the named sites. Additional information can be found in Sources Sought Notice N40085-13-R-7714, which posted on Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on November 26, 2013. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed-price / indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (FFP-IDIQ), performance-based contract for Custodial Services at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia; Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Virginia. The procurement method will be contracting by negotiation. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 (Janitorial Services) and the annual size standard is $16,500,000 million. This contract will replace a contract for similar services. The current contract is N40085-11-D-0022, Custodial Services at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Oceana, Yorktown, and Various Locations in the Hampton Roads Area, Virginia. The current contract expires September 30, 2014.
