Quad floor fume and particulate removal

The Department of the Army, via MICC-Fort Drum, has issued solicitation W911S225U1197 for the acquisition of floor fume and particulate removal systems. This procurement is classified under NAICS 333413 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing and PSC 4460 AIR PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT. The notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation designated as an SBA SBA set-aside. Responses to this requirement must be submitted by July 29, 2025.

The technical scope involves the delivery of eight Floor Sentry Quad Model SS-300-FSQ air cleaners featuring variable speed controllers, quad inlet plenums, and portability handles. These units include four flex hose assemblies each and provide air volumes up to 350 CFM. The requirement also includes two Portable Floor Sentry Model SS-300-PFS air cleaners equipped with fire-retardant flex hoses, 360-degree swivel arm assemblies, and internal support for self-supporting functionality. Both models utilize a 115V electrical configuration and feature heavy-duty locking casters.

To support the operation of these systems, the solicitation specifies the procurement of multiple replacement filtration components. This includes 10 SS-300-HF HEPA filters, which are 99.97% efficient on particles down to 0.3 microns, and 22 SS-310-CF activated carbon filters.
