NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Army Contracting Command Orlando has a requirement to procure Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Simulation Learning, Education and Research Network (SimLEARN) and Resuscitation Education Initiative (REdI) Program.
