FSC 8010 - Enamels

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue an Unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of several NSN 8010 (Enamels) items under Solicitation SPE8EG16R0017. Items must be procured from sources on the Qualified Products List (QPL). The items to be procured have been included in an attachment to the synopsis. The RFP will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.dla.bsm.dla.mil). DLA Troop Support Philadelphia anticipates issuing a solicitationno later thanthanApril 12, 2016. Hard copies of the soliciation will not be available. The procurement will be a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). The procurement will be for a two year base period, with three, one-year options. The total contract term will not exceed five years. The Government intends to issue a contract(s) that is FOB Destination and Customer Direct. Delivery will be CONUS. The Government may award contracts on a line by line basis; therefore, vendors would not be required to provide quotes for all items solicited. Any reusltant contracts would be treated individually.
