Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to acquire real property repair, maintenance and minor construction for Army installations under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Alaska, in the State of Alaska.

The Department of the Army, specifically the 413th Contracting Support Brigade (RCO-HI), is issuing this pre-solicitation notice for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Alaska and the 611th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES). This procurement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside under NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and PSC Z2AA, Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings. Performance will primarily take place at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, with a response deadline of February 25, 2021.

The government intends to award multiple Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a five-year performance period consisting of a one-year base and four one-year optional ordering periods. Selected contractors will compete for task orders involving the maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor new construction of real property facilities for Army and Air Force installations throughout Alaska.
