Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0132, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR 12 and 13.5. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, delivery 90 days ARO. Approved source is CAGE 0H133, P/N 64561. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 864 SE. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 216 SE and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Certified cost or pricing data is not required as this is a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12.
