The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN (6135-01-527-9592). This NSN is a Contractor First Article Test Item that will require Certificate of Conformance COC, Measuring and Test Equipment (MT & E), Product Verification Testing (PVT) and is considered to be a Critical Application item. Specifications, plans or drawings will be available on DIBBS. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard for this NSN NAICS code is 1250. This procurement will be solicited as an Unrestricted Procurement utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about January 4, 2017. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
