AG-6395-S-16-0164/Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price commercial supply contract. USDA seeks to set up a multiple award IDIQ contract for Japanese Beetle Trap Tops-Yellow/Green, collection cans and Japanese Beetle Dual Lures as specified in the statement of work (SOW); requirements of which will be identified on each task order issued. 2. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used for this requirement per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is being offered as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325320 with a size standard of less than 500 employees. 3. This requirement is for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ). 4.
