Trimble GPS Units

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to award a sole source contract to Seiler Geospatial for the procurement of four Trimble GPS units for use in the Wisconsin area. These R8 GPS units are required to pair with existing Trimble TSC3 data collectors. The acquisition is classified under NAICS 334511 for Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and PSC 6675 for Drafting, Surveying, and Mapping Instruments. The procurement is designated as an SBA set-aside.

The anticipated contract action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, with a primary place of performance in Altoona, Wisconsin. While this notice does not constitute a request for competitive proposals, the agency will consider capability statements from responsible sources that demonstrate the ability to satisfy the government’s requirements. All responses must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2026, to the attention of Contracting Officer Holly Votruba.
