Water Purification Successor

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime will issue a Request for Proposal on March 2, 2020 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for supply chain management of the Water Purification SystemsInitiative (WPS) for the Department of Defense. This approach includes the supply chain management of 256NSNs. This program is designed to provide the supply, storage and distribution for multiple Federal SupplyClasses for this program. This program is intended to create a supply support program for worldwide demands forWPS customers. The Government is looking to take advantage of the latest technologies, expertise, and businesspractices, which translate into improved support to customers at less cost. FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items will be used. The resultant contract will be awarded on an all or none basis and is being solicited as 100% Small Business SetAside. This acquisition will use a Long-Term Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity contract, five year base periodwith Annual Price Adjustment provisions. This solicitation includes an Add/Delete clause which allows theGovernment to adapt the resultant contract to the changing needs of the military customer. Award will be madeusing Tradeoff Source Selection Procedures with Technical and Price as the evaluation factors. Offerors are required to submit pricing for ALLNSNs prior to the solicitation closing.
