Intent to Sole Source - 10th Mountain Ski Club - Fort Kent Outdoor Center - Biathlon Range and Facilities

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Vermont Army National Guard, issued special notice W912LN-26-Q-A012 regarding its intent to sole source a contract to the 10th Mountain Ski Club.
