FY23 MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER DISTRICT

The US Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for fiscal year 2023 miscellaneous repairs within the Mississippi River District. This contracting tool supports maintenance and repair missions, specifically focusing on levee slide repairs, channel scour mitigation, channel maintenance, gravel resurfacing, and culvert replacements. Performance occurs in Memphis, Tennessee, under solicitation number W912EQ23R0021 and was designated as an 8A (8A) set-aside.

The work is classified under NAICS 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and PSC Z1PC MAINTENANCE OF UNIMPROVED REAL PROPERTY (LAND). Contractors are responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, and materials required for task orders involving clearing, stripping, grubbing, debris disposal, and borrow pit development. Specific activities include embankment construction, processing fill material for moisture control, placing geo-textile and riprap, gravel surfacing, and the establishment of turf.
