Bidders, offerors and applicants are cautioned to note the "Certification of Non-segregated Facilities" in the solicitation. Failure of a bidder or offeror to agree to the certification will render his bid or o er non-responsive to the terms of solicitations involving awards of contracts exceeding $10,000 which are not exempt from the provisions of the Equal Opportunity clause.
III. Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM). See FAR Clause 52.204-7 for required information. The website for SAM is https://www.sam.gov. Contractors must complete and submit with their bid the provisions located in Section 00600. Bidders must provide full, accurate, and complete information as required by this solicitation and its attachments. The penalty for making false statements in bids is prescribed in 18 U.S.C. 1001.
