NRSS WRD-GNSS-IR WATER LEVEL DASHBOARD SERVICE - A

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a commercial service to develop a Global Navigation Satellite System-Interferometric Reflectometry (GNSS-IR) Real-Time Water Level Dashboard. Managed by the Alaska Regional Office and the Natural Resource Stewardship and Science Water Resources Division, the project involves ingesting RINEX 3 data and applying reflectometry algorithms to monitor water levels at five specific coastal sites. The resulting dashboard must be publicly accessible and provide data correlation with traditional tidal stations. This procurement is a total small business set-aside conducted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR Part 12 and 13. The contract features a milestone-based payment system and requires submissions to include technical narratives, staff qualifications, and past performance references by July 1, 2026. This RFQ seeks a contractor to build a public dashboard that visualizes real-time water level metrics by correlating GNSS data with traditional tidal stations.
