Cell phone services for U.S. Embassy Bujumbura, Burundi

The American Consulate General Frankfurt, acting on behalf of the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for cell phone services to support the Office of Security Cooperation at the U.S. Embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi.
