Answer: The numbers given in Section B.2 are the estimates for each location CPT to include Chemistry and Microscopic tests combined. All locations perform both test at the same time. VA Caribbean Healthcare System San Juan Chemistry and Microscopic: estimated volume: 8,600 per month. Ponce Outpatient Clinic Chemistry and Microscopic: estimated volume 1,200 per month. Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic Chemistry and Microscopic: estimated volume 1,200 per month. All urinalysis samples have chemical and microscopic analysis. Question: The vendor plans to submit an all-inclusive CPR price blended across all 3 locations, specifically a Chemistry rate and Microscopic rate. Can you advise as to where you prefer, I list these rates on the B.2 Price/Cost Schedule?
