Preventive Maintenance of HVA Systems

The American Consulate General, Frankfurt is looking for interested and qualified companies for the Request for Proposal (RFP) SGE50015R0097 for: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE HVAC SYSTEMS OF THE AMERICAN CONSULATE GENERAL FRANKFURT, GERMANY The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a Requirements contract in the third quarter of calendar year 2015. Work shall be performed in Frankfurt (Germany) on air conditioning systems both greater and less than 3 tons. Qualifications required include that firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses. NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at the help tab of https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
