This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. On August 15, 2016 NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111 awarded multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price task order contracts to provide reengineering, development, and PC-simulation services in support of Naval Education Training Commands Naval Training Products and Services Program. Awards were made to the following firms at a total estimated value as follows; N00189-16-D-Z047- Logistic Services International, Inc. (LSI), 6111 Technology Court, Jacksonville, Fla. 32221-8104. The total estimated contract value is $283,777,402; N00189-16-D-Z048 - Technical Software Services, Inc. (TECHSOFT), 31 West Garden Street, Suite 100, Pensacola, Fla. 32502-5615. The total estimated contract value is $344,541,804. Each contract includes a 33-month base ordering period and a 36-month option period. Work is expected to be completed by May 2019; if all options are exercised, work will be completed by May 2022. The awards were made in response to proposals submitted under a competitive full and open, unrestricted RFP N00189-14-R-Z035. Work will be performed 100 percent in contractor facilities in response to awarded task orders and cannot be reasonably estimated at the time of contract award.
