The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded contract N0042119D0071 to Wyle Laboratories Inc. (KBRwyle), DUNS 041024415, CAGE Code 2B360 of Huntsville, Alabama, 35806, for aircrew services in support of the Naval Test Wing mission. This effort was competed as a full and open competition which resulted in the placement of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period. The contract will consist of cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) and cost reimbursement (non-fee bearing) line items and Not Separately Priced (NSP) CLINs for Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). This IDIQ contract will permit specific task orders to be issued based on the general tasking outlined in the Non-Performance Based Statement of Work (NPBSOW). KBRwyle will provide certified and qualified operational aircrew to ensure completion of mission essential testing and evaluation for the wing squadrons at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division/Weapons Division (NACWAD/WD) Patuxent River, Maryland and Pt. Mugu, California and China Lake, California. The large business size standard was competed as $32.5M under NAICS 488190, PSC AC15 - R&D- Defense System: Aircraft Operation. The Government has determined that the successful offeror, KBRwyle, will provide the best value to the Government all factors considered.
