C211--CFM AE SERVICES IDIQ FOR VA NATIONAL CEMETERY PROJECTS

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), is using a two-phase selection process to award Multiple Award Task Order Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. This first phase requires Standard Form (SF) 330 qualification packages to support VA National Cemetery projects across the United States and its territories. The procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The scope includes 15 A-E task categories, such as master planning, schematic designs, and construction period services. Amendment 0001 recently extended the submission deadline and lowered the construction cost threshold for relevant project experience to $15 million. Firms must demonstrate technical competence across disciplines including cemetery planning, irrigation engineering, and LEED-accredited design.
