Decoupling Rubber

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) of the Department of the Navy is issuing this combined synopsis and solicitation, identified as N5005426Q0094, for the procurement of decoupling rubber. The acquisition is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items as outlined in FAR Part 13 and FAR 12.6. All requested parts must be new, as the government will not accept refurbished or used materials. Detailed specifications for the required decoupling rubber are provided in the attached statement of work.

This solicitation is designated as a small business set-aside (SBA). The procurement is classified under NAICS 326291 for Rubber Product Manufacturing for Mechanical Use and PSC 5330 for Packing and Gasket Materials.
