Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for Soil productivity enhancement/subsoiling for Bend Fort Rock Ranger District

The United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services, is issuing this special notice to award a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call order for soil productivity enhancement and subsoiling services. The project is located on the Bend Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest in Bend, Oregon. Work involves 18 acres of mandatory and 54 acres of optional tree thinning, bucking, and hand piling across three units as part of a whitebark pine restoration and fuels reduction program. This requirement falls under NAICS 115310 for Support Activities for Forestry and PSC F018 for Natural Resources/Conservation- Other Forest/Range Improvements (Non-Construction).

The solicitation is restricted to approved companies eligible for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA, a national multiple-award schedule used for natural resources restoration and professional services. The procurement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside. Approximately 169 eligible businesses will receive the solicitation via email.
