The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for third-party liability insurance and road assistance services for U.S. Government-owned vehicles located at the U.S. Embassy Brussels and the European Logistics Support Office in Antwerp. The coverage will include but is not limited to: Third-party liability insurance for bodily injuries and property damage. Road assitance services, including towing, on-the-spot repairs, emergency fuel delivery, battery jump-start assistance, tire replacement, and transportation for passengers. A full description of the required services and scope of work can be found in the attached documents. Offer Instructions: Complete the OFFER as instructed in section L, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Volume I: Standard Form 33 (blocks 12 to 18) and all of Section K Volume II: Price proposal and Section B. Volume III: Technical Proposal. Signed amendment 24R0007-P0001 RFP Contract: The resultant contract will be a fixed price type contract with an economic price adjustment.
