In Accordance With (IAW) Drawing 639AS3857 and MIL SPEC MIL-D-3464, TYPE II. A first article will be required if these items have not been provided to the requesting activity before. Please see additional information regarding the First Article within Clause 52.209-4. If the awarded company has made these items previously for the requesting activity, the First Article will be waived. If production has been down for a year or greater, the First Article will still be required. Evaluation Criteria is listed within the Clause Section of Solicitation N00164-15-T-0050. ***This is a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of intended contract. The maximum overall dollar amount of the intended contract AS A WHOLE (All CLINs added together and over the life of the intended contract) is $149,500.00. The ordering period is intended to be from the effective date of award for a three (3) year IDIQ.*** Vendors are encouraged to use the provided pricing matrix following CLIN 0003 of solicitation N00164-15-T-0050. If price breaks for quantities are different that the one provided, please provide your own. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-15-T-0050; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted via FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
