Electric Motor Rebuild

The AFSC PZIMA office is seeking quotes for the off-base rebuild of a 300hp electric motor, model EC15x30, which supports a composite autoclave at Tinker Air Force Base. This one-time service includes a full stator rewind, installation of a Class H insulation system, and Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI). The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Total Evaluated Price (LTEP). To meet logistical and oversight requirements, the performing facility must be located within a 130-mile radius of Tinker Air Force Base and maintain EASA AR100 accreditation. The solicitation package includes the SF-1449, a Performance Work Statement (PWS), and a technical equipment list. Quotes are due by June 19, 2026.
