1. Sources Sought Objective
1.1 NAVSUP is seeking firms capable of meeting the requirements found in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The purpose is to identify small business concerns interested and capable of meeting this requirement and interested in submitting a proposal.
2. Background
Joint Region Marianas requires a Wireless Devices and Phone Plan Services Blanket Purchase Agreement for use in and around their U.S Military Installations and their tenant Commands, GUAM M.I.
3. Capabilities Statement
3.1. Please submit a capabilities statements demonstrating the firm’s capability to meet the attached Draft Performance Work Statement to the below listed points of contact via email no later than 13:00 PM Japan Time, 15 June 2026. Limit responses to two pages.
