(N62478-16-D-4013), 94-479 Ukee Street, #104, Waipahu, HI 96797; Dawson Federal, Inc. (N62478-16-D-4014), 900 Fort Street Mall, Suite 1850, Honolulu, HI 96813; GSI Pacific, Inc. (N62478-16-D-4015), 181 South Kukui Street, First Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813; TKH-ASI, LLC (N62478-16-D-4016), 320 Hukilike St., Bldg 4E, Kahului, HI 96732; and Hawaii Pacific JV, LLC (N62478-16-D-4017), 46-042 Puulau Place, Kaneohe, HI 96744 were each awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award design-build/design-bid-build construction contract. The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build (Full Plans and Specifications) for infrastructure within the State of Hawaii. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all six contracts combined is $245,000,000. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of June 2021. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 11 proposals received. These six contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contracts. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
