The scope involves the 24/7 administration of a two-floor facility featuring 56 bedrooms, suites, a gymnasium, and a pool deck. Contractor responsibilities include front desk operations, daily housekeeping, industrial laundry services, and facility maintenance coordination maintained at three-star hotel standards.

Performance is located at the ILEA Students Residence Hall in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. The anticipated contract structure is firm-fixed price consisting of one base year and four option years. Key personnel requirements include a Residence Hall Manager and Front Desk Agents who possess hospitality experience and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The service provider must maintain at least a 90% guest satisfaction rating and provide all necessary toiletries and amenities.
