This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B51421Q00000014 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is for FCI Seagoville Landfill/Trash Disposal Services, in accordance with the work described in the attached Statement of Work. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS for this requirement is 562212. Quotes will be FOB destination (no fuel surcharges will be accepted). Place of performance will be Awarded Vendors Address. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. The date and time for receipt of quotes is September 8, 2021 at 4:00 PM CST. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.
