BIO-PLEX 200 SYSTEM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk has issued solicitation N0018926QB070 to secure a full on-site preventive maintenance support plan for a Bio-Plex 200 system located at the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA). The scope of work encompasses the maintenance and repair of a Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader, XY Platform, and HTF System. The required support includes unlimited on-site service repair visits, one annual preventive maintenance visit, and all-inclusive coverage for parts, labor, and travel expenses. Additionally, the contractor will receive highest servicing dispatching priority and must provide software installation and configuration if the government acquires a replacement computer during the contract term.
