Golf Cart Contract_BEQ _FY23-FY28

NOTICE: See attached amendment SF 30 that includes mandatory pricing sheet as an attachment in Section J, and the official notice of the changed CLIN structure. All perspective bidders must complete the attached pricing sheet, dated 07 July 2023 to be considered for award. Please include this completed pricing sheet with all proposals.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see attached draft ammendement for your reference, Dated 30 June 2023. This RFQ is being extended due to an amendment will be needed to change some of the requiremnts. Please NOTE, we will issue an amendment ASAP to update the solicitiaton to include the new requirements. We anticipate that this will be issued on or before 7 July. This will be a Requirements type contract as contemplated at FAR 16.503. The quantities identified in the schedule represent the Government's Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) and do not represent a minimum or maximum quantity. Failure of the Government to order the BEQ quantity will not entitle the contractor to an equitable adjustment under the resultant contract. This Requirements contract will be for a Best Estimated Quantity of 22 golf carts per year, in accordance with the attached Purchase Description, dated 01 February 2023.In accordance with the Clause in Section I of this contract, FAR 52.216-18 Ordering, delivery/task orders may be issued hereunder for a period of five (5) years from the effective date of the contract against the contract line item numbers (CLINs) included in the schedule. Payment Instructions will be issued at the individual order level. Orders issued hereunder shall utilize the CLIN representing the period in effect at the time of order award for purposes of price.
