The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Cengage Learning, Inc. per the attached Redacted Sole Source Justification. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Cengage Learning, Inc. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
Quotes shall be submitted to Ms. Trumeka King at [email protected] no later than 11:00am EST, 15 June 2026. Quote submissions received after the stated submission deadline may not be considered for award.
