The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has issued solicitation N0016426Q0097 for the procurement, installation, and system configuration of power monitoring equipment. This requirement is being conducted as a competitive procurement under the procedures of FAR Part 13. The project is classified under NAICS 423610 for Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers and PSC 5975 for Electrical Hardware and Supplies. This action is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SBA).

The performance of these services and delivery of equipment will take place in Crane, Indiana. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. The solicitation was published on April 9, 2026, and includes two attachments: the formal solicitation document and a drawing file.

Responses must be submitted via email to Heather Summers by the deadline of April 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
