This action is 100% set-aside for Small Business vendors. The contractor shall perform Dumpster Services for Rough River Lake, KY. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement incorporated within the Request for Quote (RFQ) attached to this Contract Opportunity. Questions / Answers will be posted here in accordance with the Special Instructions on Page 3 of the attached RFQ. Questions / Answers are as follows: 1. I read in C-1.8 that a uniform of a t-shirt with company identification on the left side of the shirt and long trousers must be worn. I may be overthinkingthis but are you just saying that the contractor must wear their company's uniform and pants to do the job, OR are uniforms being provided to the contractor that meet thosespecifications? Answer Contractor must provide uniforms that meet the specifications 2.What if the companyuniform is somethingdifferent from that, are they expecting them to change their uniform? Answer Yes 3. In C-1.9F, it states that 2 people per crew shall be trained in First aid and CPR. My question is, will trainingbe provided for First Aid and CPR, OR the crew must already be trained in First Aid and CPR? Answer USG does not provide the training for First Aid nor CPR. Contractor employees must already be trained. 4. C-6.2(4) states that the contractor shall provide the dumpsters? So am I understanding correctly that there are currently no dumpster units on the grounds and that the contractor has to not only dump the trash but also provide the dumpsters? Answer Correct, there are currently no dumpsters on the ground and the contractor shall provide them. 5. If the above question is yes, How many dumpsters are needed? It looks like from the map there are 12 dumpster dots in total, So would the contractor have to provide those dumpsters and place them in the locations of the map? Answer - Contractor shall provide (16) dumpsters capable of holding at least 4 cubic yards of refuse and place them in the locations on the maps.
