Market research confirmed that no other nearby facilities could provide the necessary volume of spaces within a comparable price range or within walking distance of the headquarters. No other sources expressed written interest in the requirement during the market research phase.

The performance period for solicitation number 95332426C0007 began March 1, 2026, and extends through April 30, 2037, including option periods aligned with the current MCC lease agreement.
