F--Owl Surveys, Indef.-Delivery, Indef.-Quantity

The Bureau of Land Management Oregon State Office is issuing this pre-solicitation notice for a one-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to conduct field surveys for Northern spotted owls, great horned owls, and barred owls. The project has an initial value not to exceed $500,000.00 and includes options to renew for four additional years. Work is located within the Cascades Resource Area of the Salem District, where the contractor will determine occupancy, nesting status, and reproductive success of Northern spotted owls while also locating other owl species. Data regarding survey visits, station summaries, and observations must be collected and entered into a database.
