4. Electrical/Power Requirements:
4.1 Machine must include an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
4.2 Machine system power needs to be 110 VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz, 20 Amp Max and
220 VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz, 15 Amp Max.
5. Maintenance Requirements:
5.1 Machine's respective vendor must have some maintenance support entity (can either be contracted or vendor owned).
6. Health and Safety Certification Requirements:
6.1 Machine must be TSA Certified and listed on the TSA Air Cargo Screening Technology List (ACSTL).
6.2 Machine must be compliant with USFDA Center for Devices and Radiation Health Standards for Cabinet X-Ray Systems (21-CFR 1020.40).
6.3 Machine must produce typical radiation leakage is less than 0.1 mR/hr (Leakage less than 0.5 mR/hr permitted by U.S. Federal Standards).
6.4 Machine must be certified ISO 9001 and 14001.
7. Compatibility Requirements:
7.1 X-Ray machine must be compliant and be able to connect to Astrophysics entry/exit roller tables.
8. Warranty:
8.1 The vendor shall provide a minimum of 1 year warranty (includes all labor, parts, shipping and travel). Any defect that is not caused by government damage or misuse shall be replaced by the vendor at no cost to the government.
