Acron Aviation Repair BOA Renewal

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, intends to solicit Acron Aviation for the renewal of a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). This sole source requirement covers the repair of various National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) associated with AV8, Common, and C-130 platforms. The acquisition is classified under NAICS 334511 for Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and PSC 6610 for Flight Instruments.

The government is pursuing a sole source award because it does not possess the sufficient, accurate, or legible data required to contract with any vendor other than the current source. One or more items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements per FAR 52.225-3 and 52.225-5.
