UChicago Argonne, LLC, operating Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for professional audio-visual (AV) meeting and event services. The contract supports in-person and hybrid events at the laboratory’s Washington, D.C. office. The selected provider will supply equipment rentals and on-site technical labor for a three-year term, including one base year and two option years. Required documentation includes a signed RFQ form (ANL-70), representations and certifications (ANL-70B), a completed price schedule (Appendix C), and evidence of price reasonableness such as a published price list. Performance requires compliance with 10 CFR 851 safety protocols and specific insurance requirements for off-site work. The provider manages the full event cycle, including pre-event planning, technical execution, and teardown. Services include audio reinforcement, projection, video conferencing, and lighting.
