USNS LENTHALL Oil Purifier Bowls

The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSCHQ Norfolk), has issued solicitation N3220526Q7109 as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of oil purifier bowls for the USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189). This acquisition is classified under NAICS 333998, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing, and PSC 4330, Centrifugals, Separators, and Pressure and Vacuum Filters. The government intends to award a contract to GEA Mechanical USA, Inc. because the company is the original equipment manufacturer and installer of the oil purifier systems currently used on T-AO 187 class vessels.
