Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: FA461322Q1002 Purchase Description: Sports Officials Blanket Purchase Agreement This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461322Q1002, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 711219 with a small business size standard of $12M. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a single contractor. The Government only intends to award one BPA. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 effective 09-10-2021, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Change 9/29/2021 effective 09-29-2021 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2021-0726 effective 27-Oct-2021. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS/SERVICES: All CLINs F.O.B. Destination. The Contractor shall provide CERTIFIED Sports Officials to officiate the various required sports in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work. Historically, F.E. Warren AFB has held the below four intramural sports leagues annually with the approximate number of games provided. Historical data provided are for informational purposes only: Basketball (January - March) - approximately 75 games Volleyball (April - May) - approximately 65 games Softball (May - July) - approximately 105 games Flag Football (August - October) - approximately 75 games Additional sports have been included in this BPA in an effort to expand the sports offered at F.E. Warren AFB. Youth sports may be requested and added to the resulting BPA during performance period. Warren AFB, WY Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card (GPC) The method of payment for this requirement will be the Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.301(a) states in part that the GPC card is authorized for use in making and/or paying for purchases of supplies and services. FAR 13.001 defines the Government-wide commercial purchase card as similar in nature to a commercial credit card, issued to authorized agency personnel to use to acquire and to pay for supplies and services.
