(viii) Description of services to be acquired:
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to conduct four Quarterly routine maintenance inspections and services. All replacement parts used shall be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to, Quarterly Routine Maintenance, as well as repairs that are Reactive Service / Over and Above Maintenance on Tennant scrubbers and sweepers located at Edwards Air Force Base, CA.
