CUAS VAMPIRE Support

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), under the Office of the Secretary, intends to award a sole-source contract modification to Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) for the repair, maintenance, and sustainment of VAMPIRE Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (c-UASs) for the Ukraine Navy. This requirement includes materials and subject matter expertise provided by engineers, maintenance technicians, and field service representatives. These specialists will provide technical assistance and reach-back support for systems deployed in Eastern Europe by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Performance will take place both within the Continental United States and at OCONUS locations, specifically in Rzeszow, Poland. The action is classified under NAICS 336419, Other Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, and PSC L015, Technical Representative- Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components. There is no set-aside designated for this effort, which is identified by solicitation number N00421-26-RFPREQ-A0X0000-0051.

NAWCAD is pursuing this sole-source award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as Sierra Nevada Company possesses the specific secure facility access and experience necessary to meet the critical fleet timeline.
