COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other directive material contained in FAC 2020-02 is effective November 22, 2019 except for FAR Case 2013-002, which is effective December 23, 2019.
