Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems (CEIS)

The Naval Air Warfare Center, under the Department of the Navy, is seeking proposals for solicitation N6893620R0116 to support and sustain Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems (CEIS) on Test and Evaluation and Training (T and T) ranges. This requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and serves as a follow-on effort to contracts N68936-17-D-0010 through N68936-17-D-0010-0015. The primary classifications for this effort include NAICS 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and PSC 5865 Electronic Countermeasures, Counter-Countermeasures and Quick Reaction Capability Equipment.

The scope of work involves delivering new and reconfigured range instrumentation systems components and equipment, along with the sustainment and upgrade of those systems. Selected contractors must support the design and integration of these systems into T and T ranges and perform modifications or upgrades to existing hardware and software systems. To participate, contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access is restricted to a single point of contact per CAGE code who is listed as the Data Custodian on an approved DD Form 2345.
