Leonard Wood, MO. requires the following supplies: 300 Presentation Flag Cases to be used at military funerals. Flag cases shall meet the following salient characteristics: Case shall be sized for folded US Army interment flag, constructed of solid walnut, cherry, or Honduras mahogany wood or of a hardwood with a walnut, cherry or Honduras mahogany veneer. The case shall be triangular in shape with a hinged wood lid. A high quality brass medallion of the Army seal shall be affixed to the exterior lid. The interior of the lid shall be lined with black velvet suitable for displaying rank insignia, awards, and skill badges The case shall include a brass plate suitable for engraving and screws for mounting the plate to the case.
