FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, on behalf of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, intends to procure outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision in Orange, Texas. This requirement falls under NAICS code 621420 for Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers and PSC G099 for Social- Other. The procurement will be conducted via Blanket Purchase Agreements for an initial performance period beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
