Education Services for Eligible Dependent PK-12 Students at Ponce, PR

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) has issued solicitation HE125422Q0011 to procure comprehensive educational services for eligible dependent PK-12 students located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, administration, supplies, and equipment to maintain a developmentally appropriate, nonsectarian educational program following a traditional United States curriculum. All instruction must be conducted in English. Additionally, the scope includes counseling services, lunch programs, intramural and extracurricular activities, and limited remedial support within existing programs. The educational program must hold accreditation from a nationally recognized organization such as Cognia or the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

Performance will take place in Puerto Rico under PSC U009 for general education and training and NAICS 611110 for elementary and secondary schools. DoDEA intends to award a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract featuring a one-year base period and nine subsequent option years. While exact quantities and funding will be determined through individual task orders, estimates are based on historical data per grade level.
