It is the Government’s intent to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract whereby Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement (no fee), and Time and Materials (T&M) Task Orders, or combination thereof, shall be issued in accordance with FAR 16.5. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions, to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on the evaluation factors contained in the solicitation.
