Aug 2021) (f) Attachment 18 - Section L Instructions to Offerors (Rev. 20 Aug 2021) (g) Attachment 19 - Section M Evaluation Factors for Award (Rev. 20 Aug 2021) In addition, responses to the Questions submitted timely in response to the Solicitation are hereby uploaded (QA Session for FA301621R0017_08202021). *********************************************************************************************************************************************** This solicitation is issued to establish a Multiple Award Construction Contract IDIQ to fulfill various construction contract requirements (including Design-Build projects) for all installations comprising Joint Base San Antonio. Support for decentralized Task Orders (TO) to service Laughlin AFB and Goodfellow AFB will be included in the resulting contract. The total MACC Program shall not exceed a ceiling of $990M over a ten-year lifecycle. The Government anticipates to award approximately twelve (12) contracts as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside for concerns under NAICS code 236220. Construction requirements will include a variety of construction requirements for maintenance, sustainment, repair, and alteration of real property maintenance, road paving, and various construction projects in support of the installation maintenance. The Construction Wage Requirement (formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act) will be applicable, enforced, and incorporated at the Task Order Level issued under the program.
